Le camere
La dimora al piano nobile di Palazzo Ravaschieri (circa 230 metri quadrati) è composta da ampi vani caratterizzati da decorazioni pittoriche (della fine del XVIII secolo) e da alti soffitti voltati. L’ingresso si apre su un grande salone, con terrazzo che affaccia sulle vie del centro porticate e sull’antica chiesa di San Giovanni. Da qui si accede alle quattro camere da letto. I servizi igienici sono due, serviti da opportuni disimpegni.
L’appartamento, oltre che dallo scalone cinquecentesco, è servito anche da un ascensore con sbarco privato.
Come si può vedere è una casa molto antica. L’appartamento, ricavato dalla divisione del piano nobile del palazzo, non è dotato di una vera e propria cucina, però dispone dei servizi essenziali quali: frigo, forno a microonde, bollitore.
La casa è nel centro storico dell’antica città medievale, ma è in un contesto di assoluta tranquillità. Nelle vie contigue vi sono molti ristoranti, trattorie, locali tipici, alcuni dei quali convenzionati con la nostra attività per ottimizzare il rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione in casa si può concordare.
Il palazzo si trova in centro e dista 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e 2 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria.
Chiavari è equidistante (25 minuti in auto) sia da Portofino che dalle Cinque Terre, raggiungibili anche in treno o con il traghetto (dal porto di Chiavari).
Ravaschieri Palace is located in the oldest part of the historic center of Chiavari, at the foot of the hill on which stands the ancient castle built by the Genoese to defend the territory (XII century).
The house on the main floor of Palazzo Ravaschieri (about 230 square meters ) has been the subject of a recent restoration and is composed of spacious rooms featuring decorative paintings (late eighteenth century) and high vaulted ceilings . The entrance opens onto a large living room, with a terrace that overlooks the downtown streets with arcades and the ancient church of St. John. From here there is access to the four bedrooms. The toilets are two, served by appropriate corridors.
The apartment , as well as the staircase century , is also served by a private elevator landing.
As you can see is a very old house. The apartment, obtained by the division of the main floor of the building, is not equipped with a real kitchen, but have the basic amenities such as fridge, microwave, kettle.
The house is in the historic center of the old medieval city, but in a context of absolute tranquility. In the adjoining streets there are many restaurants, taverns, cafes, some of which are affiliated with our activities to optimize the value for money. Breakfast at home can be agreed.
The building is located in the city center , just a 5 -minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the train station.
